OUR PROCESS

We are a unique luxury wedding company that specialises in videography and photography. Cine5dfilms provides their clients with a bespoke experience. We strive to make sure the end product for our clients will be a magical timeless keepsake.

Consultation

Clients have several methods of contacting us whether it's email, phone, social media or face to face meetings. It’s essential we get all the important information and what you require from us. We will then give you advice and guidance in order to create a bespoke package tailored to your vision. We will always work around your budget to form a suitable package that contains your ideas, visions and style.

Booking Confirmation

Once you have reviewed your package and are happy with all the products and services that we will provide. The next step will be to place a deposit which is to make sure your booking is confirmed. Once the booking is solidified, we will discuss the direction of your video production and provide you with a recommendation list of suppliers that may be useful for your wedding.

Story Board Meetings

It is crucial for the couples to meet with us so we can build a personal rapport to get a better understanding of your vision. Also we will discuss a concept for your Pre-shoot. Each Pre-shoot we produce has its own unique story to tell.

Creative Pre-Shoot

Months before your wedding, we provide our clients with a complimentary Pre-shoot. Prior to the shoot we would have discussed a concept and style in our story board meetings. So on the day, the team will be fully prepared with correct equipment. We give clients the option to have the Preshoot within the UK or internationally depending on the clients preference.

The Wedding Day

The wedding day will be one of the most important days of our clients lives, so we will strive to produce the perfect wedding film and photos. Each religious ceremony has different elements in them. By using our multi cam service, we will capture a magnitude of angles . Our team will also take the couple to a nearby location to shoot some intimate and personal scenes for the wedding film.

The Final Product

Once we commence with the post production of the photos and films, we will have full creative control over the product. Each cinematic film we create, we make sure it showcases the love, emotion and laughter of your wedding day. We want you to relive those moments of excitement and joy when watching our wedding films and looking through your album. Upon viewing your final products, you will have the opportunity to go through the films/photos and make any workable changes.

Bringing our vision to life

We received our films in a traditional box set with each event on different blu-rays. We thought we would get it on a USB but having physical copies has a more sentimental feel towards it.
