Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms | Terms & Conditions
For All confirmed Bookings the following Terms & Conditions come into force ;
1. Definitions
In these Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
(a) *Image* includes a photograph, transparency, negative, digital scan, design, artwork, painting, montage, drawing, engraving, or any other visual item offered for the purposes of reproduction.
(b) *Video / Reels* includes any footage, digital file, animation, motion graphics, montage, live action, documentary, time-lapse, stop motion, or other moving visual media offered for reproduction.
(c) *Reproduction* includes any form of publication, copying, display, transmission, or use of the whole or part of any Image or Video, whether altered or unaltered, by any means including print, digital, electronic, mechanical, online, or social media (“Reproduce”).
(d) *Client* means the person or organisation to whom the invoice is addressed, whether acting for themselves or on behalf of a third party.
(e) *Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms* is the trading name of T S Sohansoha (sole trader), operating in England & Wales.
(f) *Order* means any request, instruction, booking, or commission for a photographic or video shoot.
(g) *Conditions* means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
(h) *Contract* means the agreement between the Client and Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms for the Shoot, including the supply of Images and/or Videos as set out in the Shoot Fee.
(i) *Shoot* means the photography and/or video session agreed to take place on a specified date and time.
(j) *Shoot Fee* means the total price of the Shoot, including the agreed number of retouched Images and/or Video postproduction.
(k) *Additional Image Fees* means the fees payable for additional Images, re-edits, express edits, or video/social media content not included in the Shoot Fee.
2. Basis of the Contract
(a) The Order constitutes an offer by the Client to purchase a Shoot in accordance with these Conditions.
(b) The Order shall only be deemed accepted when Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms confirms the booking in writing. At that point, the Contract comes into existence.
(c) These Conditions apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms the Client seeks to impose or which may otherwise be implied by law or custom.
3. Copyright & Ownership
(a) Full copyright in all Images and Videos remains the sole property of Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms at all times and throughout the world.
(b) Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms supplies creative and technical services and licenses the right to reproduce Images/Videos in specific contexts. No copyright or ownership is transferred to the Client.
(c) Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms asserts the moral right to be identified as the author of the work under sections 77 and 78 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
4. Reproduction & Usage Rights
(a) Reproduction rights are non-exclusive unless expressly stated in writing on the invoice.
(b) Reproduction rights granted are personal to the Client and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed to third parties.
(c) All Reproduction rights are granted by licence only. No assignment of copyright is implied.
(d) Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms reserves the right to refuse reproduction licences to third parties at its discretion.
(e) Images/Videos may be used by actors and models (or their agents on their behalf) for self-promotional purposes only, including:
- Casting platforms
- Agent submissions
- Personal websites
- Social media platforms supporting acting/modelling careers
Paid advertising, endorsements, or commercial brand usage are not included and require a separate licence.
All permitted use is subject to credit where reasonably possible:

(f) Editorial use (e.g. newspapers, magazines, online publications) must be licensed directly by Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms. Third parties must be referred to Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms to arrange permission and fees.
(g) No Reproduction rights take effect until all invoices are paid in full. Any use prior to payment constitutes copyright infringement.
(h) In the event of bankruptcy, liquidation, or death of the Client, Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms reserves the right to inspect records relating to usage of Images/Videos to ensure compliance with granted licences.
5. The Shoot: Booking, Cancellation & Rearrangement
(a) Once a Shoot is booked and a Fee is paid, Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms reserves that date and time exclusively.
(c) One rearrangement is permitted if requested more than 72 hours before the Shoot, and the Fee may be transferred.
(d) Fees are valid for one rearranged Shoot within 12 months of payment and are non-transferable thereafter.
(e) Rearrangements requested within 72 hours, or second rearrangements, result in the Fee becoming non-refundable.
(f) Any further rearrangements require a new Fee.
(g) Cancellations at any point result in forfeiture of the Fee.
(h) If prices increase between the original booking and a rearranged Shoot, the revised fee will apply.
(i) Shoots may not be transferred to another person by the Client.
(j) Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms reserves the right to cancel or rearrange a Shoot due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all fees paid will be refunded.
(k) Example images shown on the website or social media are illustrative only. Lighting, backgrounds, and results vary due to the use of natural light and artistic discretion.
5.1 Cancellation, Postponement & Changes (All Events – Weddings / Birthdays / small shoots to large Corporate Events)
(a) If the Client cancels a event Shoot more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, all fees paid are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a rescheduled event date within 6 months, subject to availability.
(b) If the Client cancels a event Shoot between 21 and 29 days before the event date, 50% of the Shoot Fee remains payable.
(c) If the Client cancels a event Shoot 20 days’ notice before the event date, 75% of the Shoot Fee remains payable.
(d) If the Client cancels a event Shoot less than 20 days’ of the event date, 100% of the Shoot Fee remains payable, whether or not the event proceeds.
(e) Postponements requested by the Client are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Only one postponement is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
(f) Any material change to the event date, duration, location, or scope may result in a revised Shoot Fee.
All bookings are secured on receipt of full payment. All fees are payable in advance.
Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- 30+ days’ notice: fees may be transferred once to a rescheduled date (subject to availability)
- 21–29 days’ notice: 50% of the fee payable
- 20 days’ notice: 75% of the fee payable
- Less than 20 days’ notice: 100% of the fee payable
Images are licensed for internal communications, marketing, PR, website, and organic social media use. Third-party or commercial use requires a separate licence.
6. Fees & Payment
(a) Full payment must be received 72 hours before the Shoot. Failure to pay means the session is not confirmed into the studio.
(b) Cancellation within 48 hours of the Shoot incurs a charge of 50% of the Shoot Fee.
(c) Cancellation within 24 hours of the Shoot incurs 100% of the Shoot Fee.
(d) Late payments may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
(e) Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms reserves the right to suspend delivery of Images or access to galleries until all outstanding invoices are settled.
7. Images & Delivery
(a) Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms will select and deliver Images/Videos deemed the strongest from the Shoot.
(b) Only the number of edited Images/Videos included in the Shoot Fee will be delivered. Unedited (RAW) files are not released.
(c) Additional Images may be purchased at the prevailing Additional Image Fee.
(d) Refunds are not available due to stylistic preference.
(e) Images are delivered electronically and must be downloaded within 7 days. Re-supply may incur additional charges.
(f) Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms retains full editorial and artistic discretion over the selection of Images and Videos delivered to the Client.
(g) Images and Videos that do not meet Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms’s professional quality standards will not be delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, Images or footage affected by blinking eyes, unintended facial expressions, subject movement, missed focus, lighting misfires, technical malfunction, or any other technical or aesthetic issue.
(h) The Client acknowledges that not all frames captured during a Shoot are intended for delivery and that the total number of files captured does not reflect the number of Images or Videos included in the Shoot Fee.
(i) Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms shall have no obligation to supply, review, or retain Images or Videos that are excluded during the quality control and selection process.
(j) The exclusion of Images or Videos under this clause does not constitute a failure to provide the services agreed under the Contract and shall not give rise to any refund, reduction in fees, or claim for compensation.
8. Retouching & Re-Edits
(a) Retouching included in the Shoot Fee must be requested within 6 months of the Shoot (14 days for Video/Reels).
(b) Retouching decisions remain at the discretion of Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms.
(c) Images/Videos may not be altered without written consent.
9. Liability
(a) Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from use of Images/Videos.
(b) The Client indemnifies Punjab2000 / Cine5Dfilms. against improper or unauthorised use.
(c) If Images are lost or corrupted, liability is limited to providing a replacement Shoot where possible.
10. General
(a) This Contract is governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
(b) Variations to these Conditions must be agreed in writing.
(c) Refunds are subject to the above T&Cs. In exceptional circumstances, a short re-shoot may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.
Payment Details
Payment is made via online transfer using the details provided in your booking confirmation.
Payment must be received at least 72 hours before the Shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
